Colleague (Kollega) is a Swedish magazine for employees and bosses. In this issue my assignment

was to produce an artwork that illustrates conflict and bravery at work and how together, with the right tools, you can ride out the storm.

There are three people standing on top of the black steps. The man is shaking hands with one of the women. The other woman, in the middle, is placing her hands on the two other people. There are green clouds with blue and black lightning, a hand in one corner doing thumbs up and another silhouetted black hand doing thumbs down. There is a black and white stop light with a green beam. In the far background is a group silhouetted in red. The background is violet.

In this other issue the visual assignment was to produce an artwork that illustrates loneliness and its consequences.

To the right is a blue woman, wearing a darker blue pleaded skirt and sweater. Behind her is a pink shadow. In the middle are green buildings and In font of them is a window with a brown curtain blowing. To the left is a black silhouette in a mirror. A blond woman turned in 90-degree angle and dressed in a pleated brown skirt and an olive sweater with red dots is next to the black silhouette. The background is light blue.
In the lower left corner is a dark hair man with eye glasses, dressed in a white shirt. He is in a transparent sphere. To the right is a man's body, seen in half, with brown trousers and pinkish shirt. In the upper part is a group of people, silhouetted in green. To the left of the group are yellow buildings. From the buildings runs a grey serpentine street down to the man in the sphere. On the path is a black silhouette of a man. In the middle of the picture and on a pedestal are a brain and a heart.
