I’m delighted to share my recent artwork for Kollega, created for the latest issue of Boss & Career. For this commission, I was assigned to illustrate the article “10 Professional Tips to Become a Better Boss.”

The editorial focused on practical ways to develop as a leader. Staying clear and strategic, supporting your team and remembering not to take yourself too seriously. I wanted the illustration to capture that mix of professionalism and humanity, using expressive color and character to highlight the importance of empathy and balance in management.

Through this artwork for Kollega, my goal was to visualize how good leadership means lifting others up and protecting your staff while keeping a positive outlook.

It was a genuinely fun project to work on, and I’m grateful to the editors for the opportunity. Collaborations like this , where illustration helps bring meaningful workplace topics to life, are always inspiring!
