We ship all orders from France by the French post office “La Poste”.
The price is based on the weight of your items and you will see the cost after entering your shipping details. Shipping costs will be added to your order total at checkout. Delivery time is 5-15 business days.
Please note that Monica Lind cannot be held responsible for your parcel once it has left France. Monica Lind cannot track it, nor contact a foreign postal service.
International orders (including the UK and Switzerland) may be subject to customs duties and local taxes. These charges are paid by the customer directly to local customs. Please check the rules and tariffs in force in your country before placing an order.
There are no customs duties or taxes on orders placed within the EU.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If the product purchased is damaged, please contact immediately monicalind.illustration@gmail.com with a detailed description and photos of the problem.
The customer is responsible for sending back the damaged product, bearing the shipping and return costs. Payment of return postage must be made before a new product is returned to you.
